The staff at our Christian drug rehab teaches our clients to apply the principles of the 12 Steps to their daily lives. And, our Christian drug treatment center's comprehensive Christian program is based on both the Bible as well as sound medical and psychological principles. We know that most individuals cannot recover from chemical dependency by themselves; most need counseling, and our Christian drug rehab can help.
The Old and New Testament scriptures provide the guidelines used in our professional counseling at our Christian drug rehab; The Life Recovery Bible is used and our clients learn that the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous were drawn from the Scriptures. While clients are going through the treatment process at our Christian drug treatment center, they are encouraged to accept God and ask for His help to bring change into their lives.
Alcoholics Anonymous' 12 Steps and their spiritual foundation teach the clients at our Christian drug rehab to interject a spiritual component into their recovery process. When our Christian drug treatment center's clients start with Step 1, they admit they were powerless over their addiction as well as believe that a power greater than themselves could restore them to sanity. By applying these beliefs to one's life, one can make the decision to turn one's life and will over to the care of God (Steps 1-3).
