Yes, outpatient alcohol treatment is available at Pacific Hills Treatment Centers for all individuals who are bound by time constraints and are unable to take admission in our residential program.

Individuals who work full-time check into our outpatient alcohol treatment and avail the weekly 12-hours group and individual therapy. Clients who enter our outpatient alcohol treatment also participate in different educational workshops.

 
 

Pacific Hills outpatient alcohol treatment inculcates the same values to patients as it does to clients enrolled in the residential program. Group and individual therapy comprises a part of the education and relapse prevention curriculum for the patients of outpatient alcohol treatment.

We teach the clients to recognize their individual high-risk situations that may cause relapse and also methods to cope with these urges. Pacific Hills' outpatient alcohol treatment uses the work of Terence Gorski, an acclaimed relapse prevention specialist.

At Pacific Hills' outpatient alcohol treatment, clients are introduced to Alcoholics Anonymous and its 12-steps. This self-help group has existed for over seventy years helping people addicts.

We encourage the clients to follow the 12-steps and attend the 12-steps meetings. In addition, our outpatient alcohol treatment recommends clients to find a sponsor who can assist them through the road to recovery.

This is another option of enrolling for residential inpatient program open to clients who wish to join the outpatient program but find it difficult to do so. This program usually appeals to local clients who are already living in a drug-free environment and require less structured treatment than a residential program.

Clients attend treatment between 8:30AM to 4:00PM and enroll for a four to six week cycle. Clients in the outpatient alcohol treatment are included in the identical curriculum, individual therapy, group therapy, medical support etc. like the residential program patients.
