Transitional Care Program
Clients who have completed our Residential Inpatient Treatment Program become candidates for our gender specific Transitional Care Program.
While in the residential program, the individual and their case manager begin planning a comprehensive strategy for long-term recovery. The case manager and the client may decide that an additional four weeks in our Transitional Care Program would be beneficial.
Here patients continue their treatment and training in a semi-structured, sobriety-valued environment.During this time, healing continues, recovery plans are refined, and deeper issues are explored.
Half-day courses provide a more comprehensive understanding of the client's disease. The client continues to develop a better understanding of the principles and spirituality found in the 12-Steps.
